1×20 “Blood Brothers” Ratings

The show was a a little down in ratings in this week’s episode “Blood Brothers”, here’s the info thanks to TVbythenumbers.

Although beating Flash Forward again, the CW’s Vampire Diaries was flat vs. last week in adults 18-49 (1.6 rating), and women 18-34 (2.4 rating).

8:00 PM: 3.455 million viewers – 1.6/5 in 18-49 demo

1×19 “Miss Mystic Falls” Ratings

Good night again for Vampire Diaries this Thursday, here are the final ratings for 1×19 “Miss Mystic Falls” thanks to TVbythenumbers and Travis Yanan.

Though Vampire diaries was a bit down in ratings yesterday, the show won ABC’s FlashForward in the adults 18-49 ratings. Here’s the info from TVbythenumbers.

While the CW congratulates itself on the 8pm 18-49 win vs. ABC,  Vampire Diaries was still down a tenth of a ratings point in women 18-34 (to a 2.3 rating in the W18-34 demo).

Great news in Nielsen Ratings for The Vampire Diaries, “Let the Right One in” was up in ratings from last week and it scored 2.4 rating in the CW target women 18-34 demo! :D

8:00 PM: 3.472 million viewers – 1.6/5 in 18-49 demo
8:30 PM: 3.520 million viewers – 1.6/5 in 18-49 demo

April 9, 2010 (Burbank, CA) – The CW’s freshman hit THE VAMPIRE DIARIES scored dramatic week-to-week gains, with increases of 26% in women 18-34 (2.4/8), 20% in adults 18-34 (1.8/6), 25% in women 18-49 (2.0/6), 23% in adults 18-49 (1.6/5), 33% in female teens (2.8/11) and 25% in total viewers (3.5 million), according to preliminary live plus same day Nielsen ratings for Thursday, April 8, 2010.  THE VAMPIRE DIARIES posted its largest total audience since 2/11/10.

Competitively, THE VAMPIRE DIARIES won the 8:00-9:00p.m. hour among female teens, and tied for second among women 18-34.

1×16 “There Goes the Neighborhood” Ratings

The 16th episode of The Vampire Diaries was down again in ratings with 2.80 million viewers and a 1.3/4 in the 18-49 demo vs. the 3.21 million viewers – 1.5/5 last week. In relatively good news, all the scripted shows were significantly down last night too. Hoping the ratings improve next week, so keep watching!!

The Vampire Diaries was a bit down in ratings this week in comparison to the last episode aired, but managed to keep a 1.5 adults 18-49 rating. After such a long break, it’s understandable the ratings can be a bit down, hopefully next week they will improve. Keep wacthing! ;)

Returning with new episodes, the CW’s Vampire Diaries scored a 1.5 adults 18-49 rating, that’s the same as its last new episode (2/11). Vampire Diaries was down 8% to a 2.2 rating in the CW target women 18-34 demo.

The CW has posted the official news about the Second season of Vampire Diaries!

Freshman Hit “The Vampire Diaries,” “Gossip Girl,” “90210,” “Supernatural” and “America’s Next Top Model” To Return Next Season

The CW Network has given early pickups to five series for next season, including four signature dramas and the reality hit AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL. All five shows will return in Fall 2010.

The series receiving early renewals include this season’s breakout hit THE VAMPIRE DIARIES, The CW’s most-watched show (4.6 million viewers) and the network’s number one show among adults 18-34 (2.5/8). THE VAMPIRE DIARIES premiere generated the largest audience in network history for a series debut (5.7 million total viewers). THE VAMPIRE DIARIES has improved The CW’s performance Thursday at 8:00 p.m. by 114% among women 18-34 this season. The network also renewed fan favorite SUPERNATURAL, which will enter its sixth season next year. SUPERNATURAL has one of the most loyal audiences of any show on television and does heroic work in a perennially tough time period. It has improved over last season among women and adults 18-34 (29% and 8%, respectively) this season, a remarkable accomplishment for a fifth-year show.

According to TVbythenumbers, The Vampire Diaries was down in million viewers and demos vs. last week.

CW’s Vampire Diaries was down a bit and saw lows with adults 18-49 and even with Women 18-34 it was on the low side (perhaps a series low with a 2.4 W18-34 rating).

According to TVbythenumbers, The Vampire Diaries maintained its ratings for adults 18-49 with a 1.8 and increased 7% on the CW target to a 3.0 rating for women 18-34. The show was also up in million viewers vs. last week.

CW’s Vampire Diares was mixed vs. last week, down a tenth flat for adults 18-49 with a 1.8 rating, but up 7% vs. the CW target to a 3.0 rating for women 18-34.

1×12 “Unpleasantville” Ratings

According to TVbythenumbers, The Vampire Diaries was up 13% from last week, in great part benefited by NBC and CBS repeats at 8 PM, but still YAY!

The other big beneficiary of the weaker competition at 8pm was CW’s Vampire Diaries, which was up 13% from its slow post-repeat gap start last week to a 1.8 adults 18-49 rating, near its season average for new episodes. Vampire Diaries had its best adults 18-34, adults 18-49 and total viewer (3.72mil) numbers since Nov. 12.
